Job Description

We are looking for dedicated virtual tutors to deliver high-quality educational support to Ethiopian students via our platform, k4b.et. As a virtual tutor, you will provide personalized online tutoring sessions, helping students achieve academic success in various subjects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective virtual tutoring sessions to Ethiopian students.
  • Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet students' needs.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the K4B team to ensure a seamless tutoring experience.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background in the subject(s) you wish to tutor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for virtual tutoring.
  • Passion for education and supporting Ethiopian students.
  • Fluency in English and/or Amharic (additional Ethiopian languages are a plus).
Compensation
  • Performance-based pay: Earn 40-87% of net income generated per tutor user.
