This interdisciplinary track equips students with the skills to manage travel businesses, oversee hotel operations, plan and execute large-scale events, and master the culinary arts for hospitality settings. Coursework covers advanced tourism management strategies, hotel and front desk operations, event planning logistics, and culinary techniques that enhance guest experiences. The program emphasizes rigorous quizzing practices, including scenario-based assessments, interactive project simulations, and hands-on activities to ensure a deep understanding of hospitality and tourism management concepts. Upon successful completion, students receive a Specialization Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management, accompanied by a detailed Courses Grade Report and a General Grade. Additionally, students are awarded Course-Specific Certificates in areas such as Travel and Tourism Management, Hotel Operations, Event Planning and Management, and Culinary Arts for Hospitality. These certifications validate their specialized expertise, enhancing their employability in hotels, travel agencies, event planning firms, and the broader hospitality sector.
