Paediatrics & Child Health Nursing (PB) students undertake courses covering pediatric nursing principles, child development, family-centered care, and pediatric pharmacology. Through clinical rotations, pediatric healthcare settings, and pediatric simulations, students develop skills in assessing pediatric patients, providing age-appropriate care, and supporting families. The curriculum also addresses topics such as growth and development milestones, pediatric illnesses, and pediatric nursing interventions. With a focus on compassionate care and family-centered approach, students are prepared for certification exams such as the Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification. Graduates pursue careers as pediatric nurses in hospitals, pediatric clinics, schools, or community health agencies.
