The Sustainable Fashion Design and Production track within the K4B program integrates Fashion Design and Garment Making, Textile Technology and Apparel Production, Leather Technology and Footwear Production, and Digital Photography and Image Editing to prepare students for careers in sustainable fashion and eco-friendly production practices. This interdisciplinary track equips students with the skills to design garments, produce apparel and footwear using sustainable methods, and effectively showcase their work through digital media. Coursework covers fashion design techniques, textile and apparel production technologies, sustainable leather and footwear production processes, and digital photography for fashion presentations. The program emphasizes rigorous quizzing practices, including project-based garment design, sustainable production simulations, and interactive image editing tasks to ensure mastery of both creative and technical aspects of sustainable fashion design. Upon successful completion, students receive a Specialization Certificate in Sustainable Fashion Design and Production, accompanied by a detailed Courses Grade Report and a General Grade. Additionally, students are awarded Course-Specific Certificates in areas such as Fashion Design and Garment Making, Sustainable Textile and Apparel Production, Leather Technology and Footwear Design, and Digital Photography for Fashion. These certifications validate their expertise, enhancing employability in sustainable fashion design, eco-friendly production, and digital fashion media.
