The Fitness and Wellness Coaching track within the K4B program integrates Sports Science and Coaching, Fitness Instruction and Personal Training, Sports Rehabilitation and Therapy, and Nutrition and Dietetics to prepare students for careers in fitness coaching, wellness, and sports therapy. This interdisciplinary track equips students with the skills to coach athletes, provide personalized fitness training, support rehabilitation from sports injuries, and design nutrition plans for optimal health and performance. Coursework covers sports science principles, personal fitness training techniques, rehabilitation strategies, and the role of diet and nutrition in enhancing physical well-being. The program emphasizes rigorous quizzing practices, including practical fitness coaching simulations, scenario-based rehabilitation exercises, and nutrition plan assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding and practical application in fitness and wellness settings. Upon successful completion, students receive a Specialization Certificate in Fitness and Wellness Coaching, accompanied by a detailed Courses Grade Report and a General Grade. Additionally, students are awarded Course-Specific Certificates in areas such as Sports Science and Coaching, Personal Fitness Training, Sports Rehabilitation and Therapy, and Nutrition and Dietetics.
